(BREAKING) Belif Lab had sued min hee jin.

{Belif Lab informs you.

hello.

This is Belif Lab.

Today (May 22nd), we filed a complaint alleging obstruction of business and defamation against CEO Min Hee-jin, who is causing damage by claiming unilaterally false information against the company and its artists.

Regarding CEO Min's allegations of plagiarism against our company's artist Aillet, we would like to clearly state that this is not true. We have submitted evidence to the judicial authorities to prove that the suspicions are not true, and although it may take some time, we will determine right from wrong according to legal procedures. Plagiarism of intellectual property is a matter that must be judged according to reasonable standards and procedures rather than an individual's one-sided and distorted interpretation. Nevertheless, we express regret at the situation in which the efforts and achievements of our artists and members are being disparaged due to reckless speculation and false information.

In addition, although the nature of this issue has nothing to do with Aillet, Aillet members are suffering from a serious level of malicious comments, ridicule, and personal attacks.

We earnestly ask you to stop slanderous attacks such as reckless insults, malicious slander, spread of false information, and defamation of artists.

We will do our best to protect our artists and members.

thank you}

THE COMMENTS:
  1. Are they crazy...
  2. What a fight... Seriously, even the singers are getting on my nerves.
  3. I thought there would be an explanation about  Twitter accident ㅋㅋㅋ
  4. They've chosen the path of chaos...
  5.  I'm an idiot for even thinking about a Twitter explanation beforehand
  6. So it's not about dance choreography plagiarism?ㅋㅋ
  7. Copycat
  8. They're like a company that follows troll accounts...
  9. Crazy
  10. Why isn't there any explanation from the agency's members...
  11. Hm... I heard proving plagiarism is difficult... So are they resorting to legal action?
  12. Are they joking? Is this madness?
  13. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Shameless
  14. What the heck
  15. What are these guys doing?ㅋㅋ
  16. Hey, the AILLET Twitter account should apologize, you crazy peopleㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  17. Wowㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It seems like they've completely tarnished their image with the public. They should make a follow-up mistake or clarificationㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  18. They're not saying who it isㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  19. They're going nuts
  20. They really made a stupid choice
  21. They're making a fuss to reduce the hype
  22. They're certifying themselves as idiotsㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ That's right
  23. They're acting like copycats anywayㅋㅋ The public sees them as followers.
  24. Oh yeah, let's make some noise
  25. They're so shamelessㅋㅋㅋ
  26. This company has morally fallen apart
  27. Wow
  28. They've decided to not care about their image anymore
  29. They should have a clarification statement, right?
  30. They're trying to silence with lawsuits.. wow..
  31. They should probably be sued for slander too.
  32. You guys are the ones pouring fuel into the fireㅠㅠ
  33. Ah damn ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Hey, one of your members should clarify whether they dissed New Jeans or not ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  34. Damn I really want to punch them ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  35. This is screwed... Of course it's Billelf Lab
  36. The choreography was initiated by the original creators, what are they going to use as an explanation for that?
  37. It seems like there's nothing good to see anymore because everyone's gathered here
  38. Are they gangsters?
  39. Ugh... It seems like the artists' images are just going downhill even more
  40. What evidence did they provide?ㅋㅋ
  41. Oh my... It's a big fight
  42. A lawsuit announcement is welcome no matter what ㅋㅋㅋㅋ You'll keep receiving them in the future, so why worry so much
  43. Popcorn is so entertaining
  44. Wow they're starting a huge fuss
  45. They've completely lost it ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Shouldn't Min Hee-jin be sued for obstruction of business?
  46. Did they go nuts?
  47. In the past, when plagiarism was mentioned, even singers came out and apologized, and even singers who only sang apologized and stopped album activities, but nowadays they blatantly do it, later come and buy things behind the scenes, do sampling, pay homage, attach all sorts of words and shamelessly... while talking about the pain of creators, it's really funny
  48. The more this happens, the less the public consumes them,, I wonder if they cherish AILLET...
  49. Are they really lunatics??
  50. Min Hee-jin mentioned four hopeless old men in the press conference. Is one of them the representative of Billelf Lab?
  51. It's really difficult to legally prove plagiarism, and they're using it like this, it's really too much
  52. Isn't it the ones who insult their own artists who should be sued first???????????
  53. They're the ones who initiated this, right? Oh, maybe one of the members did it?
  54. Huh, this is happening again... But shouldn't they not ask for comments about artists but rather make a lawsuit announcement? It seems more urgent to sue them than Min Hee-jin
  55. Really... they have no tact, they don't seem to understand that entertainment companies are in the business of selling hearts
  56. Who's causing the obstruction of business?;
  57. They really planned to fail...
  58. Isn't it actually Min Hee-jin who should be in the position to sue? What's this?
  59. This really ruins their image
  60. Not even haters but Min Hee-jin...?ㅋㅋㅋ
  61. Knowing that it's difficult to prove plagiarism legally, they're doing this intentionally ㅋㅋ They're saying they'll go the legal route, what a conscienceless move 127.ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  62. Wow, they're amazing, I definitely won't use AILLET anymore
  63. So from now on, instead of proving plagiarism, just sue for defamation of character, right? ㅋㅋ They should fail miserably, anyone can see that it's plagiarism, geez, isn't this just frustrating?
  64. Actually, rather than song plagiarism, it seems like they're thinking about it legally, we're doing the right thing~
  65. Is this realistic defamation of character or something like that?
  66. They should provide a clarification to the public
  67. It seems like they're doing this because it's difficult to prove plagiarism... But what if they really get caught red-handed?
  68. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㄱㅋㅋ Let's have a press conference with Min Hee-jin
  69. This will definitely put Min Hee-jin in a bad position, they're aiming for it, Hybe Label is doing well
  70. They're quiet about their weird Twitter activities, but they're suing now
  71. Wow, they're really something, without even apologizing for following the account that criticizes New Jeans ㅋㅋㅋ
  72. How can they consistently make the worst choicesㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  73. Hybe Labels are really being exposed...
  74. The behavior of that company is inviting ridicule
  75. They're going to the worst extreme...
  76. They followed the account that criticizes New Jeans, which is their own artist, and now they're initiating a lawsuit to ask about thatㅋㅋ It's ridiculous
  77. They should sue for defamation of character, it's only right. They're probably just pretending to leave them alone while secretly collecting evidence, acting like they're sympathetic while actually just planning to sue all the haters one by one ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  78. It's funny that they're not just doing it but also announcing it
  79. The arrows will probably hit the AILET members directly, amazing
  80. What about following the account that criticizes New Jeans?
  81. Just try saying that AILET is pitiful now ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  82. They're insane, they've just let themselves fall into disgrace
  83. I really want to rescue the AILET members, it's pitiful that they're affiliated with them, adults are so stupid
  84. What about the choreography then?
  85. They're digging their own graves here
  86. Hive, explain yourself, where did you sell your conscience?
  87. Yeah, I tried to be indifferent, but I'm just going to hate themㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  88. I probably won't like any artists from this side of the industry
  89. Following the account that criticizes New Jeans
  90. Wow, this is epic.... They're really going down the path of self-destruction
  91. AILET is falling into the abyss right after debut
  92. I just found out yesterday, but one of the four people who were targeted at Min Hee-jin's press conference was the representative here Oh, yeah..
  93. Wow... this is really legendary
  94. I guess the Hybe shareholders really don't care at all ㅋㅋㅋ
  95. I felt sorry for the group but I'm just going to boycott them...
  96. These people have no conscience... They've already ruined their image, is this the endgame??ㅋ
  97. Yeah.... you should do what you gotta do Ugh
  98. If it were for actual defamation of character, maybeㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ but if it's spreading false information, they might not be indictedㅋㅋㅋㅋ But doing something like this to harass people is just despicable, even if there's only one lawsuit, it ruins people's lives
  99. Following an account that criticizes them is clearly not helping as a shield  Looks like they're doing just that
  100. K-pop is not yours aloneㅜㅜ
  101. Hey... this is too much
  102. Ohh....... so this is how it's going to be...
  103. Wow, they really have no conscience. People said everyone in the industry is similar, so just sue all the people then
  104. ??? Isn't that something DayPuu should be sued for??? They're sending moral standards to another dimension, DayPuu should be sued too ㄱㅂㅈㄱ
  105. ILLET is no longer pitifulㅋㅋㅋ
  106. They're doing all sorts of things
  107. Isn't it that guy who's disrupting their work by following New Jeans' criticism account on their member's social media?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  108. Even before Min Hee-jin mentioned it, it was already talked about on YouTube and in communities, why blame Min Hee-jin?
  109. I thought they would naturally explain and announce the lawsuit while providing an explanation, but why are they suing Min Hee-jin? They're handling it oddly
  110. Aren't they going to explain the member's social media? Where's their conscience??
  111. That company's credibility is completely gone now
  112. And what about the member's social media? And then they sue Min Hee-jin???ㅋ Wow
  113.  They're such jerks ㅋㅋㅋㅋ It's disgusting
  114. If they admit plagiarism in court, they'll probably get a boost in morale. How many cases of admitted plagiarism are there anyway ㅋㅋㅋ They should either explain following the New Jeans criticism account on their member's social mediaㅜㅠ
  115. Haven't they received copyright recognition for the choreography yet?
  116. Aren't they going to explain following the account that criticizes New Jeans?
  117. I understand the level of Hybe ㅎㅎㅎ
  118. The path to ruin
  119. In the future, just plagiarize and sue for defamation of character
  120. It's not even about suing the haters, what is this ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  121. No conscience
  122. It's disgusting, Hhye, fail already
  123. Now I can't even feel sorry for them
  124. It's really annoying, blaming Min Hee-jin and New Jeans as a third party who's not even a fan, Hi-Bye, and BilliWrap, I really don't want to see them, it feels bad to make mistakes and keep saying you're going to sue
  125. Please explain similar choreography
  126. There are so many things to explain, but they're suing ㅋㅋ Just fail 243. Ugh
  127. Ridiculousㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Your plagiarism suspicions were talked about even before Min Hee-jin mentioned itㅋㅋㅋㅋ
  128. Huh??????ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ What audacity??
  129. Who should be sued in this case? Your group is falling, so in the future, don't blame AILET without any evidence
  130. Behave yourselves
  131. They're really crazy
  132. This issue might make Min Hee-jin legally liable, but everyone knows that all the public knows is New Jeans, right? If you want to continue your activities for a long time, shouldn't you start by fixing that shoddy image?
