On May 16, Hive issued an official statement in response to ADOR's lengthy official stance that 'there was no conspiracy for CEO Min Hee-jin to usurp management rights,' stating, 'Such detailed conversations with an investment industry professional could not have taken place if the usurpation of management rights was just casual talk.'

They continued, 'At the press conference on April 25, CEO Min claimed, "Bring the investor who supposedly conspired with me," as if she had never met with an investor, deceiving the entire nation. However, one by one, her lies are being revealed by evidence and facts. We hope everything will be clearly discerned by the investigative agencies and the court.'

Additionally, they strongly urged CEO Min not to use the term 'ADOR's side' when making external statements, saying, 'This attempt to usurp management rights is unrelated to ADOR as a company and stems from CEO Min's personal greed, with some management executives participating, making it an incident caused by 'Min Hee-jin's side.'"
